The Kris & Holly Pro-Bono Visit program
Kris & Holly's spiritual mission as Christmas performers has been to provide a magical and unforgettable experience to every child and every family. In 2026, we formalized that mission.
Effective 11/1 of each holiday year, we make all unbooked time between Monday through Friday of the season available to qualifying clients. (So effective 11/1/26, this program is live for the 2026 season).
It is our goal to make 50% of all booked hours as the Clauses pro bono.
Please read the following to learn whether you qualify for our Pro Bono program and how to reach out to us.
What we offer
Qualifying clients will receive one free hour of Kris & Holly's Christmas experience including photos, direct interaction with children and, if time allows, our magic and stories we are known for. In special circumstances, we can extend beyond the one hour (usually contingent on other bookings and our distance from Dover, DE).
Who qualifies for our program
To qualify, you should ask yourself the following questions:
1) Do I represent a charity, organization, or non-profit that benefits children?
2) Would the children my organization serves benefit from a quality Santa & Mrs. Claus experience?
3) Does my budget make booking such a $250 experience impossible?
4) Is your event based in Delaware, eastern Maryland, or Southeastern Pennsylvania?

If you answer yes to these questions, you likely qualify.
The following also automatically qualify:
Any institution that shelters children
Adoption agencies and foster programs
Independent libraries
Hospitals
